15 Days Return Policy
Atulya Jewels is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction concerning the products available on our website. We strive to provide each guest with an experience that makes them confident in their purchase. We hope that the diamonds you buy from us bring you many years of joy. However, if you are unhappy or dissatisfied with the product, you can avail our 15 days return policy and choose to return the order.
a) If you are not happy with the jewellery or solitaire purchased from us, you can return it to us within 15 days from the date of delivery.
b) The 15 day return policy on solitaires will be valid only if you are returning it for design changes or selection change. For other reasons, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
c) Free returns are only applicable for domestic orders or customers in India.
d) Customer should not return the product before receiving a confirmation email from Atulya Jewels about the same.
e) If you are returning the product after 15 days, the diamond value will be refunded based on the Authenticity Card and gold value based on the current market price for all products except for solitaires.
f) The return should be accompanied by the Authenticity Card issued by Atulya Jewels, Original/Copy of Invoice and the original lab certificate for solitaire stones (Either stand-alone or used in the jewellery) for the refund to be initiated within 10 – 15 working days of the receipt of the product.
g) In case you are unable to produce the original lab certificate of the solitaire stones (Either stand-alone or used in the jewellery), we will send the jewellery/solitaire to the lab for recertification. The shipping and certification cost Rs 9000/- shall be borne by the customer.
h) The Product will not be accepted under 15 day return policy if the tag is removed.
i) During the quality check by our quality team, if any item shows sign of wear and tear or has been resized, altered or damaged, the Product will not be accepted under the Return Policy and for such returns our “After 15 day Return Policy” will be applicable.
j) The “15-day Return Policy” is not be applicable for Customized jewellery (including personalized/engraved products)
Complimentary return is applicable for all orders except Cash On Delivery.
k) Ones the tag is removed you can't avail the 15 Day Return policy.
l) For return of Cash On Delivery orders, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please contact our dedicated customer service team at +91-8799595779 or email to directly request a return. We will thereby collect the product from the provided shipping address and initiate the refund process immediately after making sure the products meet the return quality.

a. Login to your Atulya Jewels account and visit my orders, here you will have an option to return your order with a relevant reason for your return.
b. In case of a refund on 15 days return policy, the payment of the refund amount shall be done via online bank transfer to customers account within 10 - 15 working days of receipt of the product. If the mode of payment was through debit/credit card, net banking, the refund will be reversed back to the original account from which the payment was made at Atulya Jewels.com. Keep original packing and the item in its sealed form with all relevant documents such as Atulya Jewels Authenticity Card, Original/Copy of Invoice, Lab Certificate and securely repack.
c. Customer should not return the product before receiving an email confirmation from the Atulya Jewels team.
d. All jewellery returned to Atulya Jewels needs to come with all relevant documents such as Original/Copy of invoice and original lab certificate for solitaire stones (Either stand-alone or used in the jewellery)
e. Please note that return of the Product will be accepted only from the Customer directly and from or through any representative, except in special circumstances like death of customer accompanied by valid documents (Death Certificate, Proof of Relationship with the deceased person).
In case of a refund on 15 days return policy, the payment of the refund amount shall be done via online bank transfer to customers account within 10 -15 working days of receipt of the product. If the mode of payment was through debit/credit card, net banking, the refund will be reversed back to the original account from which the payment was made. Such return shall be made only to bank accounts in India.
Return On Domestic Order (Order With In India)
In case of domestic order, the 100 % refund will be made The order amount will be refunded to the customer within 10 -15 working days of receipt of the product and quality check except for solitaires, and if all return conditions are met.
Return On International Orders
Atulya Jewels will not entertain any request for return of product based on for international orders except under the following conditions.
a) If the product is defective/damaged condition, the return can be initiated. Our Quality Assurance team will inspect the product and once it’s completed Quality Assurance test, the refund will be initiated instantly.
b) Customer can ship the product back to our registered office address, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
